Under the Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) multiple award contracts, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) introduces electronic procurement of Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services for NAVSEA has initiated Seaport-e in a part to apply eletronic business techniques to improve the efficiency and procurement of professional support services. Seaport-e automates business processes and reduces costs.

Seaport-e also provides the contracting vehicle that reflects the realignment and integration of the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) and Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC). NSWC and NUWC have aligned to provide seamless integrated support for 12 core Product Area Directorates in 21 functional areas and 7 geographic zones across the United States. Additionally, support may be provided under the contract to other Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD, or joint agencies for work that is related to Warfare Cetner product areas and mission.

The STi Team is prepared to provide support to NAVSEA in all product and functional areas in the following zones:

  • Northeast (Zone 1)
  • National Capital Region (Zone 2)
  • Mid Atlantic Zone (Zone 3)
  • Gulf Coast Region (Zone 4)
  • Midwest Zone (Zone 5)
  • Southwest (Zone 6)
