Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan
STi’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan (QA/QC) provides the means to meet the requirements for audits and managerial controls, including a clear definition of authority and responsibilities for organizations and personnel, while concurrently documenting that QC requirements are met. STi’s quality assurance policy requires all employees associated with the project to comply with the provisions of the QC Plan. All components of the QC program are contained in (or included/referenced in) STi’s QA/QC Plan, which is maintained as a controlled document. STi’s QA/QC Plan provides a continuous, interactive process by which revisions and updates to the QC Plan are solicited or provided by personnel in order for the program to constantly reflect new and different methods for improving quality. Our corporate quality assurance office ensures that appropriate QA practices are implemented on every project.
