Strategic Technology Institute, Inc. (“STi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may use Short Message Service (“SMS”) text messaging to communicate with employees, customers, subcontractors, government representatives, and other authorized business contacts for legitimate business and operational purposes.

Program Description

STi uses SMS messaging to support one-to-one, person-to-person communications related to business operations, including but not limited to project coordination, contract support, schedule updates, tasking notifications, employment-related communications, and time-sensitive operational alerts. Messages are not sent for marketing, advertising, promotional campaigns, or mass messaging purposes.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to STi, or by engaging in SMS communications initiated by STi, you consent to receive text messages from STi for the purposes described above. Consent may be provided verbally, in writing, electronically, or through ongoing business or employment relationships.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on operational need, project activity, and individual engagement. STi does not send recurring or automated promotional messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. STi is not responsible for any charges incurred from SMS messaging.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from STi at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-consent.

Supported Carriers

SMS delivery is subject to availability and carrier support. STi is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
